The P&C is a school-based organisation which aims to make school a better place for students to learn and grow. We are a group of mothers, fathers, carers, teachers and administrators that work together to create fun events, purchase supplies and learning resources for students and staff, improve school facilities and collaborate with others to make our students time at school the best it can be.
Alison, Vice President for OPS P&C, has put together an itemised list of the P&C run events and activities and the profits for each one, along with where the funds were spent. This information went home this week as a printed note.
The recurring annual items that the P&C have been able to contribute to each year total $23,000. The items marked with an asterisk (*) total $15,492 are the extra items the P&C were able to fund this year.
Without the P&C events and activities and all the volunteers involved, this funding would not be possible.

Whole School Plan Update
A big initiative the P&C has been working on the for the past four years is the Whole School Plan. This plan was created in consultation between the P&C, school staff, students, parents and professionals. All projects that have been completed to date are shown on the reverse side of this note and have been funded by P&C fundraising, school contributions and through Grant programs. The South site projects have now been completed and there is a Grant submission in for some additions to the North site.
Thankyou Alison for putting this information sheet together.
Also, thanks again to the hardworking P&C team over the past 4 years for implementing the Whole School Plan.
